Evening is the obvious time to book, so a business trip massage between meetings sounds unusual at first. It is not. A steady number of our bookings on weekdays fall between eleven in the morning and four in the afternoon, and almost all of them come from people in the city for work who have found an unexpected gap in the diary. A client meeting was moved. A call was cancelled. A long lunch turned out to be a short one. Suddenly there are two free hours, and the hotel is close.
Why the middle of the day can work better
For many business travellers, evenings are not really free. There are dinners with clients, calls with colleagues in other time zones and emails that could not be answered during the day. By eleven at night the energy for anything except sleep has gone.
A midday session avoids that problem. The therapist arrives at a quiet hotel, the corridor is empty because most guests are out, and the session ends with enough of the afternoon left to return to work feeling clear rather than tired. Guests who try it once often plan the next trip around a gap in the middle of the day on purpose.
Planning a business trip massage between meetings
The key is to count the time honestly. If your gap runs from one to four, the useful window is shorter than it looks. You need a few minutes to get back to the hotel, a quarter of an hour to shower before she arrives, and forty-five minutes after the session to shower again, dress and travel to the next appointment. That leaves room for an hour, not two.
Send the message as soon as you know the gap exists, not when you reach the hotel. Say the time you will be in the room and the time you must leave. The coordinator confirms a therapist in about ten minutes, and she reaches any central address forty to sixty minutes after setting out, so a message sent at noon comfortably produces a start at one. The business trip page explains the evening version and the longer bookings.
Which format suits a working afternoon
A slow oil session is the practical choice when you must go back to work. It rinses off quickly, it leaves no scent after a good shower, and it relaxes without making you sleepy. The sensual massage page explains how it is done. Gel formats like nuru are enjoyable but need a longer shower afterwards, which a tight afternoon cannot always spare.
The figures for a midday hour
There is no daytime discount and no daytime supplement. For one guest with one therapist, one hour is 180 euros and ninety minutes is 270. If you have booked with the house before and the session is arranged on the same day, the whole amount is paid to the therapist in the room, in cash, by card or in crypto.
If it is your first booking with us, half is sent in advance by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto once the time is confirmed, and the other half is paid on arrival. The same applies during the big conference weeks, which are peak dates, and to any booking with two therapists.
What to tell the hotel, which is nothing
Guests on company accounts sometimes worry that a visitor will appear on the hotel bill or in a report. The hotel plays no part in the arrangement. We never call the desk, the therapist does not sign any register, and the payment is made directly to the house and to her. The balance is not added to the room.
If your company travel policy asks you to keep hotel extras separate, a session with us is already separate. For anyone who is concerned about arrivals during office hours, our guide to booking a hotel room session discreetly covers the details.
Back to the next meeting
Give yourself a few minutes to sit quietly after the shower before you leave. Drink water. Most guests find that the second half of the working day feels longer and calmer than the first, which is a good trade for one hour in the room.
