To book a hotel massage by WhatsApp in Amsterdam, you need a phone, a chat and about a minute. There is no website form, no account to create and no phone call. That simplicity is deliberate: guests write from hotel rooms, taxis and airport lounges, often late at night and often in a second language, and a chat thread suits all of those situations better than anything else. What follows is the thread itself, message by message, so you know what to send, what comes back and what never should.
Why the booking lives in a chat
A chat thread does three useful things at once. It keeps a written record of every detail, so nothing depends on memory or a misheard number. It works at any hour without waking anyone, because the coordinator on duty reads messages as they arrive. And it travels with you: the same thread that confirms the booking is the one the therapist uses to tell you she is in the lobby. Telegram works in exactly the same way for guests who prefer it, and everything in this guide applies to both apps.
The link to open the thread is on every page of the site, on the booking button. The number itself is never written in the text of the pages, and you do not need it; the button opens the chat directly.
Book a hotel massage by WhatsApp: the first message
The fastest bookings start with a message that answers the four questions the coordinator would otherwise ask. Put them in one line, in any order:
- Where. The neighbourhood or street of your hotel. The hotel's name is optional at this stage.
- How long. Sixty or ninety minutes, two or three hours, or a whole night.
- What. The format, such as sensual, nuru, tantra, body-to-body, four hands or a couples booking. "First time, not sure" is a perfectly good answer.
- When. Now, a clock time tonight, or a date and time later in your stay.
Add a name if you have chosen a therapist from the roster, and add "two of us" if you are a couple. That is the whole first message. "Jordaan, 2 hours, sensual, 21:30, Clara if free" is ideal.
Leave out the things that are not needed yet. The room number comes later. Your name is not needed. Screenshots of a hotel confirmation, a live location pin or a photo of the room add nothing and are better not sent.
The reply, in about ten minutes
A coordinator checks who is on shift, free and near your hotel, then replies. The reply contains a therapist's name, the start time or arrival window, the length and the total. If you named someone who is busy, the reply says so and offers alternatives. If your message left something open, such as the length, a short question comes first.
For an immediate booking, the arrival is forty to sixty minutes after she sets out, anywhere in central Amsterdam. For a later booking, the reply confirms the exact time you asked for, or suggests the nearest possible time.
Read the reply properly and answer it. A simple "yes, confirmed" or a thumbs-up is enough. Until you reply, the booking is an offer rather than a reservation, and the therapist is not sent.
The deposit message
Most bookings carry a deposit of half the fee. That includes a guest's first booking, any booking made more than 24 hours ahead, any session of three hours or more, every overnight, every booking with two therapists, bookings to hotels by the airport and bookings on peak dates. Once you have accepted the offer, the same thread sends the deposit amount and the way to pay it: card, Revolut, Wise or crypto.
Two rules keep this safe. The deposit request only ever comes after the office has accepted the booking, inside the thread you started. And it never asks for a bank transfer, gift cards, PayPal or anything outside those four methods. A message that breaks either rule did not come from the house, whatever it claims. The cancellation policy explains what happens to a deposit if plans change.
A returning guest booking one or two hours for the same day skips this step and pays everything in the room.
While she travels
Once she has left, the thread becomes quieter. Expect two or three short messages. The first usually asks for the room number, or confirms she is on her way. The second arrives when she is close. If your hotel uses key card lifts, this is when you say so, and she will write again from the lobby so you can meet her there.
Keep the phone near you and the sound on for this chat only. Guests who put the phone on silent and take a long shower sometimes miss the lobby message, and a therapist standing by the lifts for ten minutes is exactly what everyone wants to avoid.
Changing something mid-thread
Plans move. If you will be back at the hotel later than expected, write it as soon as you know, with a new time. If you would like to change the length, write that too. Changes made before she sets out are easy. Changes made while she is already travelling are usually possible for the length but not always for the time.
For bookings on a later date, one move is allowed per booking when asked for more than 24 hours before the booked time, to a date within fourteen days, and the deposit carries over once. A second move, or a move asked for inside the last 24 hours, counts as a cancellation.
Messages that help, and messages that slow things down
Short and specific is always faster. A message such as "back at hotel 22:10, still OK for 22:30" answers itself. A message such as "hi are you there" starts a round of questions. Voice notes are worth avoiding: the coordinator may be handling several threads, and a written line is quicker to act on. Very long messages describing the evening in detail are welcome if you want to share them, but the four basics should still be in the first line.
Please do not send the same request to the thread several times while waiting for a reply. Messages are read in order, and repeated ones only push yours further down.
When the reply takes longer than ten minutes
Ten minutes is the usual time, not a guarantee. On very busy evenings, such as a Friday around ten or a peak date, a reply can take a little longer, because the coordinator is matching several requests with the therapists who are free. If twenty minutes pass with nothing, send one short line asking whether the message arrived. Do not start a second thread from another app at the same time; two parallel requests for the same evening confuse the planning and can end with two offers for one booking.
Occasionally the answer is that nobody suitable is free at the time you asked for. In that case the reply says so plainly and suggests the nearest time that works. It never sends someone who cannot reach you in the promised window.
Privacy inside the app
A booking thread contains very little: an area, a time, a length and a first name for the therapist. It is still worth a moment of care. Turn off message previews for the chat, check that no work laptop is linked to your account and archive the thread after your stay if you prefer. The guide to booking discreetly covers these settings step by step.
On the house side, the thread is not copied into any client file, and no follow-up messages are sent after the evening. If you want to book again, write in the same thread; the coordinator will see that you are a returning guest, which matters for the same-day rule on deposits.
Booking for a later date by chat
Everything above works for a booking three days ahead as well as for one tonight. The difference is in the details you give: a date, an exact start time and, ideally, the name of a therapist, since advance bookings make it far more likely that a particular woman is free. The deposit applies to every advance booking. A day or two before, a short message in the thread confirms that nothing has changed.
A complete example
At 20:02 a guest writes: "Oud-Zuid hotel, 90 min, nuru, around 21:30, first time." At 20:11 the reply names a therapist, confirms 21:30 and quotes 270 euros, with a 135 euro deposit. At 20:12 the guest replies "confirmed". At 20:13 the deposit details arrive, and at 20:16 the deposit is paid by card. At 20:55 she writes that she is on her way and asks for the room number. At 21:24 she writes from the lobby. At 21:26 she knocks. Nothing else was needed.
