A same day massage in Amsterdam can be booked for right now, and that version is covered on our last minute massage page. But many guests work differently. They know at ten in the morning that they will want a session at seven in the evening, after the museum and before dinner, and they would like the time fixed so the day can be planned around it.

That is easy to arrange. Send a message with the time you want, the area of your hotel and the length of session. The coordinator confirms a therapist and a start time, usually within ten minutes, and the booking is simply held until the evening. An hour before, you receive a short reminder in the thread, and she sets out so that she reaches your door at the agreed minute.

Travellers rarely know on Monday what Thursday evening will look like. Flights move, dinners are rescheduled and the weather decides whether a day is spent outside or in the room. Booking on the day avoids planning around guesses.

It also suits the way the roster works. Forty-five therapists cover the city, and each one publishes her availability for the day in the morning. By noon the coordinator can see the whole evening and match your request to a woman whose profile you have chosen, or suggest one if you have not. A guest who picks a specific therapist from the roster in the morning has a much better chance of getting her than one who writes at eleven at night.

A same-day booking is firm, but it is not frozen. If your dinner reservation moves from eight to nine, write to the thread and the start time is adjusted, subject to the therapist being free. Small changes of this kind are common and cause no difficulty when they are sent early.

What does matter is the difference between moving a booking and cancelling it. A booking made more than twenty-four hours ahead can be moved once to a date within fourteen days, and that rule is explained on the cancellation policy page. A same-day booking is already inside that window, so the practical advice is simple: choose a time you are fairly sure of, and tell the thread quickly if the day changes shape.

Here the house rule is precise, and it is worth reading carefully because same-day bookings are exactly where it draws its line. A guest we have already looked after, booking a massage session of one or two hours on the same day, sends no deposit: the whole fee is handed to the therapist in the room, in cash, by card or in crypto.

Every other same-day booking confirms with half the fee first. That covers a first booking with us, whatever the length; any session of three hours or more; the overnight; and any booking with two therapists. The half is sent by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto once the time is confirmed, and the rest is paid on arrival. For one guest with one therapist, one hour is 180 euros, ninety minutes 270 and two hours 360, so a first-time guest booking two hours sends 180 ahead and pays 180 in the room.

Early afternoon is the easiest slot to get on the day. Many guests are out in the city, and the roster is wide. Between six and nine in the evening demand rises sharply, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, and a guest who wants a particular therapist at eight should write before lunch. After ten the rush eases again, and the night roster takes over.

Arrival is forty to sixty minutes from the moment she sets out, anywhere in central Amsterdam, so for a fixed time the coordinator simply plans her departure backwards from your start. If you are staying at a hotel near Schiphol, the visit is arranged in advance and carries a deposit, so a same-day request there needs a few hours of notice.

Couples and friends travelling together book on the day just as often as solo guests, and the options are the same as on any other day. A couple can share one therapist, or each can have their own at the same time. For a couple with one therapist, one hour is 360 euros; for a couple with two therapists, one each, one hour is 720 euros. A single guest who wants two therapists at once pays 360 euros an hour.

Any booking with two therapists is confirmed with half the fee in advance, even on the same day and even for a guest we know, because two women keep their evening free for it. It also needs a little more notice than a single booking, since the coordinator has to find two therapists free at the same moment. Writing in the morning for an evening start is usually enough.
