Czech at home, English at work, and no intention whatever of losing the accent that comes with the first. The opening five minutes she keeps simple - what you would like, how long, whether you would rather talk - and then she lets the evening alone. In the Centrum she is usually at a door within twenty minutes of a confirmation coming back the other way. Ninety minutes she takes more often than the hour, on the principle that twenty-three is far too young to spend an evening watching a clock.
