How much is a hotel massage in Amsterdam? It is a question we receive nearly as often as "can you come tonight", and it deserves a complete answer rather than a single figure. The starting point is one hour for one guest with one therapist, the figure at the top of every profile's rate table, delivered to any hotel in central Amsterdam at any hour and priced the same whenever it happens. Everything else follows from two questions: how long, and how many people.
How much is a hotel massage for one guest
For a single guest with one therapist, the lengths are priced in proportion to the hour. Ninety minutes is the hour plus half of it again. Two hours is exactly double. Three hours is three times the hour. Each further hour after three adds the same hourly amount again, so a four-hour booking is four times the hour. The overnight, eight hours, is a block price set below what eight separate hours would cost.
There is no extra charge for the hotel visit, no night supplement, no weekend premium and no fee for booking at short notice. The figure in the confirmation is the whole figure.
For a couple, and with two therapists
A couple sharing one therapist pays twice the single rate at every length, the overnight included.
A single guest with two therapists also pays twice the single rate by the hour. The one difference is the night, which for one guest with two therapists is a larger block of its own. A couple with two therapists, one each, is on the fourth row, at four times the single rate by the hour and twice that larger block for the night. What is paid before she arrives
Most bookings are confirmed with a deposit of half the fee. That applies to a guest's first booking with the house, to any booking made more than 24 hours ahead, to any session of three hours or more, to every overnight, to any booking with two therapists, to hotels by the airport and to peak dates such as King's Day or New Year. The deposit is sent after the office confirms, by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto. Bank transfer, PayPal and cash are not accepted for the deposit.
The one booking paid entirely at the door is a same-day session of one or two hours from a guest the house has already looked after. For that guest, a ninety-minute evening is simply paid in full in the room.
How the balance is paid
The balance falls due when she arrives. Cash is accepted in euros, and in other major currencies once the exact amount has been confirmed to you in writing. Cards work, and so does crypto if it is mentioned when booking.
A worked example helps. A guest on a first visit books two hours for tomorrow evening. The fee is the two-hour figure on her profile. The deposit, sent after confirmation, is half of it, the price of one of those hours. The other half changes hands in the room once she has arrived. Is it expensive?
Compared with a hotel spa treatment, the hourly figure is higher. The comparison is not quite fair, though, because a spa treatment happens in a spa, during spa hours, and ends with a walk back through a corridor in a robe. A session here comes to your room at midnight or at six in the morning, lasts as long as you choose and asks nothing of you except opening the door. Tipping
Tips are not expected and are never assumed. Guests who want to leave something extra do so in cash, and the amount is entirely their own decision. What matters more than a tip is honesty in the thread about the length and the number of people, because that is what the figure in the confirmation is built on.
